<br />Victory Boulevard to the True Point of Beginning; thence <br />N21037'16" E 212.00', more or less, to a point; thence <br />N68022'44" W 200.00', more or less, to a point; thence <br />S21037'16" W 212.00', more or less, to a point; thence <br />S68022'44" E 200.00', more or less, to the True Point of <br />Beginning. <br /> <br />3. That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which <br />shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: <br /> <br />(a) The Director of Planning must approve any significant changes to the <br />elevations submitted on October 5, 2007. <br /> <br />(b) The site plan must conform substantially to the site plan submitted by the <br />applicant on October 17, 2007. <br /> <br />(c) The lighting plan must conform substantially to the lighting plan <br />submitted October 5, 2007. All lighting must be directed inward toward <br />the project. The lighting must be of sufficient brightness to deter criminal <br />activity on the site, but must be shielded from adjacent property. <br /> <br />(d) The applicant shall conform to the landscaping requirements of <br />Landscaping Group 1 in Section 40-73 of the Zoning Ordinance along all <br />residentially zoned or used property, and of Landscaping Group 3 along <br />all public rights-of-way. The City Arborist shall determine compliance <br />with this condition. <br /> <br />(e) A waste management plan submitted by the applicant must be reviewed <br />and approved by the Department of General Services. <br /> <br />(f) Any replacement or installation of new fencing on the property must be <br />made of wood or decorative ornamental aluminum, and shall contain no <br />barbed wire or chain link material. <br /> <br />(g) The applicant must follow a site plan review process, and the final site <br />plan must reflect the requirements found to be necessary by the <br />Departments of Engineering, Zoning, Building, Public Works and <br />Planning. <br /> <br />(h) All storage must be kept inside the proposed enclosed building, and all <br />storage must be dead storage. <br /> <br />(i) No business activity may take place at the site other than the rental of <br />storage space. <br />
