<br />ORDINANCE NO. 2007.:,.13 <br /> <br />---.... <br /> <br />ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-06-06 <br /> <br />BE IT ORUAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />oi"Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Downtown 0.2 (Industrial), the <br />property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-06-06, is hereby <br />amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Downtown D-2 (Residential) <br />and Industrial M-l. and that said property is hereby zoned as Downtown 0-2 <br />(Residential). . <br /> <br />2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Downtown D-2 (Industrial) to Downtown 0-2 (Residential) is located at 1919 County <br />Street, Portsmouth. Virginia and is furthermore described as follows: <br /> <br />Z-06-06 <br /> <br />All those certain lots, pieces or parcels of land, with the <br />buildings and improvements thereon, lying, situate and <br />being in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia and being <br />bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the <br />southeast intersection of County Street and Jamestown <br />(formerly Fitih) Avenue and from thence running south <br />along the east line of Jamestown Avenue 105 feet; thence <br />easterly and parallel with County Street 120 feet; thence <br />northerly and parallel with Jamestown Avenue 105 feet to <br />County Street; and thence westerly along the south line of <br />County Street 120 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />3.
