<br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />An allowance equal to 3% of the employee's current <br />annual pay rate upon obtaining the Assessment <br />Administrative Specialist (IAAO) designation. <br /> <br />2. An allowance equal to 5% of the employee's current <br />annual pay rate upon obtaining the Residential Evaluation <br />Specialist (IAAO/SRA) designation. <br /> <br />3. An allowance equal to 5% of the employee's current <br />annual pay rate upon obtaining the Certified Assessment <br />Evaluation (IAAO/MAI) designation. Employees who <br />have previously received the 5% allowance for the <br />Residential Evaluation Specialist designation shall receive <br />an additional increase of 5%, for a total of 10%. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. COMPLEMENTS OF FIRE AND POLICE DEPARTMENTS <br /> <br />The authorized complement of the Fire, Rescue and Emergency Services <br />Department shall be one (1) Chief, two (2) Deputy Chiefs, nine (9) Battalion Chiefs, <br />thirty-three (33) Captains, forty-five (45) Lieutenants, thirty-one (31) Fire <br />Fighter/Paramedics, and one hundred twelve (112) Fire Fighters for a total sworn <br />complement of two hundred thirty-three (233). <br /> <br />The authorized complement ofthe Police Department shall be one (1) Chief, two (2) <br />Assistant Chiefs, four (4) Captains, thirteen (13) Lieutenants, twenty-seven (27) <br />Sergeants, and two hundred three (203) Police Officers, for a total sworn <br />complement of two hundred fifty (250). <br /> <br />13 <br />
