<br />3. That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which <br />shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: <br /> <br />(a) Days and hours of operation shall be daily from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. <br /> <br />(b) The Downtown Design Committee must approve all exterior <br />improvements, including signage and outdoor dining. <br /> <br />(c) An Outdoor Dining Permit, pursuant to City Code sections 32-171, et seq., <br />for the proposed outdoor seating must be obtained. <br /> <br />(d) All appropriate permits and licenses for the establishment shall be <br />obtained and maintained in effect during the operation ofthe facility. <br /> <br />(e) The proposed business shall operate in accordance with federal, state and <br />local codes and regulations. <br /> <br />(t) All taxes in connection with the proposed use shall be paid when due. <br /> <br />4.
