<br />(d) Waste management for the development shall be in <br />compliance with all City Code requirements and according <br />to a plan submitted by the applicant and approved by the <br />Director of General Services. <br /> <br />(e) The buildings shall be built in general compliance with the <br />building elevations dated June 21, 2007 and submitted to <br />the Department of Planning on July 11,2007. <br /> <br />(f) The site shall be developed in general compliance with the <br />site plan dated August 15, 2007 and submitted to the <br />Department of Planning on October 9,2007. <br /> <br />(g) The project shall be built in compliance with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, state, and <br />local governments. <br /> <br />(h) All required licenses and permits shall be obtained before <br />construction and maintained as required by law. <br /> <br />(i) Taxes and fees associated with the property shall be paid <br />when due. <br /> <br />3. EXPIRATION OF PERMIT: Unless extended as provided under <br />Section 40-115 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (2006), the housing use <br />permit shall expire for any portion of the approved project for which building permits <br />have not been issued if the applicant fails to apply for all building permits for the entire <br />project within one year of the adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br />4.
