Beginning at a point on the south side of London Boulevard (formerly London Street) 60 feet west from the southwest intersection of London Boulevard and Washington Street, thence east along London Boulevard 25 feet to the center of a 3 foot alley, thence south along the center of said alley 85 feet, thence west 25 feet; and thence north 85 feet to the point of beginning, said 3 foot alley to be used in common by the owner of this property and the owners of the eastern one-half of said alley. IT BEING that same property conveyed to Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority by Deed of Bargain and Sale from Robert Frederick Casey, unmarried, and Richard D. LeDonne, unmarried, dated December 23, 1997, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia in Deed Book 1215 at Page 27. 607 London Street ALL THAT certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying, situate, and being in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the south side of London Street (now known as London Boulevard) Sixty (60) feet West of Washington Street; thence running West on London Street Thirty (30) feet; thence South and parallel to Washington Street Eighty-eight (88) feet; thence East and parallel with London Street Thirty (30) feet; thence North and parallel with Washington Street Eighty-eight (88) feet to the point of the beginning. IT BEING that same property conveyed to Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority by Deed of Bargain and Sale from Andrew J. Kalis, unmarried, and Rita K. Parish (formerly Rita Kalis), unmarried, dated March 11, 1994, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court for the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, in Deed Book 1117 at Page 1063.
