<br />R-07-47 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A <br />RIGHT OF WAY PERMIT AND EASEMENT TO VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND <br />POWER COMPANY AT SCOTT'S CREEK PARK. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager be and he hereby is authorized to <br />execute a right of way permit agreement with Virginia Electric and Power Company to <br />provide Virginia Electric and Power Company with necessary right of entry to construct <br />electric lighting at Scott's Creek Park, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be and he hereby is <br />authorized to execute an easement to Virginia Electric and Power Company for electric <br />lights and attendant facilities at Scott's Creek Park at such time as may be appropriate <br />and necessary. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a meeting of the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia held <br />on September 11,2007. <br /> <br />TESTE: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
