<br />(h) The project provides parking, building access and pathways for persons <br />with disabilities in accordance with the requirements of the Americans <br />with Disabilities Act. <br /> <br />2. That a housing use permit for the construction of 39 single-family and 34 <br />duplex residential units at 1501 King Street, 610 Twine Avenue, 116 County Street, 700 <br />Godwin Street, and 925 Godwin Street is hereby granted to the Portsmouth <br />Redevelopment and Housing Authority subject to the following terms and conditions that <br />shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: <br /> <br />(a) The group housing project shall be limited to 107 units. <br /> <br />(b) No units shall have front doors facing outwards towards an <br />alley. <br /> <br />(c) The design and rights-of-way of the alleys fronting lots 87- <br />99 will be increased so that they can be dedicated as minor <br />streets. <br /> <br />(d) King Street will be widened to a width of thirty paved feet <br />with fifty feet of right-of-way in order to be in compliance <br />with City standards. <br /> <br />(e) The applicant shall construct the units in accordance with <br />the submitted floor plans and building materials. The <br />Director of Planning and Zoning may approve minor <br />modifications. <br /> <br />(f) Each property will meet the Tree Canopy coverage <br />requirements of the city code when their site plans are <br />submitted. <br /> <br />(g) The completion of a Solid Waste Management Plan and a <br />plan for the placement of garbage cans shall be submitted <br />to and approved by the Department of General Services. <br /> <br />(h) The project shall be constructed in accordance with all <br />applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, <br />state, and local governments. <br /> <br />(i) The applicant shall obtain all required licenses and permits <br />before operation and these licenses and permits shall <br />remain in effect during the development of the project. <br />
