(h) The project provides parking, building access and pathways for persons with disabilities in accordance with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. 2. That a housing use permit for the construction of 39 single-family and 34 duplex residential units at 1501 King Street, 610 Twine Avenue, 116 County Street, 700 Godwin Street, and 925 Godwin Street is hereby granted to the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority subject to the following terms and conditions that shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: (a) The group housing project shall be limited to 107 units. (b) No units shall have front doors facing outwards towards an alley. (c) The design and rights-of-way of the alleys fronting lots 87- 99 will be increased so that they can be dedicated as minor streets. (d) King Street will be widened to a width of thirty paved feet with fifty feet of right-of-way in order to be in compliance with City standards. (e) The applicant shall construct the units in accordance with the submitted floor plans and building materials. The Director of Planning and Zoning may approve minor modifications. (f) Each property will meet the Tree Canopy coverage requirements of the city code when their site plans are submitted. (g) The completion of a Solid Waste Management Plan and a plan for the placement of garbage cans shall be submitted to and approved by the Department of General Services. (h) The project shall be constructed in accordance with all applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, state, and local governments. (i) The applicant shall obtain all required licenses and permits before operation and these licenses and permits shall remain in effect during the development of the project.
