That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which <br />shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: <br /> <br />(a) The establishment's hours of operation shall be 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. on <br />Monday through Saturday and 12 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Sunday. <br /> <br />(b) The City Building Official must approve the building's floor plan. <br /> <br />(c) Waste management for the establishment shall be in compliance with all <br />City Code requirements. <br /> <br />(d) The establishment shall not be rented out for functions, and entertainment <br />shall not exceed one musician with one unamplified musical instrument <br />and/or recorded background music. <br /> <br />(e) The facility shall be operated and maintained in accordance with all <br />required inspections by the City Fire Department, Public Health <br />Department, and Building Official and shall include annual inspections. <br /> <br />(f) The facility shall be operated in compliance with all applicable codes, <br />ordinances, and regulations of federal, state, and local governments, and <br />all required licenses and permits shall be obtained and remain in effect <br />during the operation of the facility. <br /> <br />(g) Taxes and fees associated with the property shall be paid when due <br /> <br />4.
