<br />elevations entitled Traditions at Cypress Point (Sheets <br />A4J 0, A4, II and A4, 12), <br /> <br />(c) Upon the adoption of the Group Housing Use Permit <br />Resolution, the project shall be submitted to the site plan <br />review process, The submitted site plan shall include a <br />right hand turn lane off of Twin Pines Road, <br /> <br />(d) The existing wetlands buffer delineated on the submitted <br />site plan entitled Conceptual Plan Twin Pines Road shall <br />be maintained in its natural state, <br /> <br />(e) The property owner shall adhere to the trash removal plan <br />approved by the Director of General Services, which <br />ineludes the use of a private waste hauler, <br /> <br />(I) The Director of Planning shall approve the equipment for <br />the tot lot <br /> <br />(g) The developer shall be responsible for the cost of providing <br />water/sewer services to comply with City standards, codes. <br />and ordinances, The owner/developer shall provide <br />back flow protection to comply with City Code <br />requirements, <br /> <br />(h) The project shall be built in compliance with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, state, and <br />local governments, <br /> <br />(i) All required licenses and permits shall be obtained before <br />construction and remain in effect during the construction <br />process, <br /> <br />(j) All taxes and fees associated with the proposed project <br />shall be paid when due, <br /> <br />}, EXPIRATION OF PERMIT: Unless extended as provided under <br />Section 40-115 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988), the group housing <br />use permit shall expire for any portion of the approved project for which building permits <br />have not been issued if the applicant fails to apply for all building permits for the entire <br />project within one year of the adoption of this resolution, <br />
