<br />3, That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be <br />observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: <br /> <br />(a) The project shall be built in general accordance with the site plan, floor <br />plan and elevations submitted on January 23, 2006 and on file in the <br />Ot1ice of Planning and Zoning, <br /> <br />(b) The site shall be developed in accordance with the landscaping designated <br />on the site plan submitted to the Office of Planning and Zoning on January <br />23, 2006, <br /> <br />(c) The project shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances, and <br />regulations of federal, state, and local governments, and all required <br />licenses and permits shall be obtained and remain in effect during the <br />development of the project <br /> <br />(d) Taxes and fees associated with the property shall be paid when due, <br /> <br />(e) The duplexes shall be built with building materials generally consistent <br />with those submitted to the Office of Planning and Zoning on January 23, <br />2006, <br /> <br />(t) Parking shall be provided at the rear of the duplex with ingress and egress <br />off of Tyre Neck Road, The City Engineer and the City Zoning Official <br />must approve the parking and driveway, <br /> <br />(g) A six (6) foot vinyl privacy fence shall be erected along the rear of the <br />property, <br /> <br />4, REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may <br />serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City CounciL <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at meeting held on April <br />25,2006. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
