<br />R-06-23 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL OF A GROUP HOUSING USE <br />PERMIT (GHP-06-0S) TO OXFORD PLACE, L.L.C., FOR 26 RESIDENTIAL <br />CONDOMINIUM UNITS AND EIGHT RETAIL SPACES AT 306 HIGH <br />STREET. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Oxford Place, LLC, pursuant to Section 40-112 of the Code of the <br />City of Portsmouth. Virginia (1988), as amended, has made application for the approval <br />and granting of a group housing use permit for 26 residential condominium units and <br />eigbt retail spaces at 306 High Street. Portsmouth. Code of the City <br />of Portsmouth. Virginia, or any other applicable local. state or federal law or regulation; <br />and <br />
