<br />All that certain lot, piece or parcel of land. with its
<br />appurtenances, situate in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia,
<br />and bounded and described according to a plat entitled
<br />"Plat of Properties to be Exchanged by Jean M, Davis and
<br />P,G, Blanford", duly recorded in the Clerk's Office of
<br />Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth in Map Book 3,
<br />page 24, as follows: Beginning at an iron pin on the
<br />northwestern side of George Washington Highway distant
<br />S, 450 30' 20" W, 199-42 feet measured along said
<br />highway from the southern line of the right-of-way of the
<br />Norfolk and Portsmouth Beltline Railroad, and from thence
<br />running S, 45027' 30" W, 103,7 feet to an iron pin; thence
<br />n 59026' W, 185-4 feet to an iron pin; thence N, 450 07'
<br />E, 104 feet to a pin; and thence S, 590 26' E, 184,16 feet to
<br />the point of beginning,

<br />shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest:

<br />(a) Operating hours shall be limited to Monday-Saturday from 10:00 a,m, to
<br />1:00 a,m, and Sunday from 1:00 p,m, to 9:00 p,m,
<br />
<br />(b) Signage, as defined in Section 40-22 of the Zoning Ordinance, for the
<br />parcel is limited to 102 square feet totaL
