That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be <br />obscrved by the applicants and any successor in interest: <br /> <br />(a) No more than five bedrooms shall be used for the Bed and Breakfast Inn. <br /> <br />(b) The applicant shall observe the Special Regulations for Bed and Breakfast <br />Inns set forth in City Code Section 40-52.7(c), except that the applicants <br />shall serve meals only to guests and not to the general public. <br /> <br />(c) The applicant shall obtain and maintain a parking arrangement with the <br />Portsmouth Parking Authority for guest oft~street parking. <br /> <br />(d) The establishment shall be operated in compliance with all applicable <br />codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, statc, and local governments. <br /> <br />(e) The applicant shall obtain all required licenses and permits before <br />operation and these licenses and permits shall remain in effect during the <br />operation of the establishment. <br /> <br />(I) Taxes and fees associated with the property shall be paid when due. <br /> <br />4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may <br />serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at meeting held on <br />December 12,2006. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
