That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be <br />observed by thc applicant and any successor in interest: <br /> <br />(a) The center shall provide services for no more than 118 children at anyone <br />time. <br /> <br />(b) The age of the children shall be 3 to 5 years. <br /> <br />(c) The center shall comply with the submitted site plan and floor plan. <br /> <br />(d) The days and hours of operation shall be Monday through Friday 6;30 <br />a.m. to 6;00 p.m. <br /> <br />(e) The applicant shall maintain the eight (8) foot high fencing tor the <br />15,000+ square foot outdoor play area. <br /> <br />(I) The outdoor play area fencing shall bc landscaped with a combination of <br />trees and shrubs to shield it trom view along Frederick Boulevard. The <br />Dircctor of Planning shall approvc the tinallandscaping plan. <br /> <br />(g) Outdoor play hours shall be betwcen 8:00 a.m. and 6;00 p,m. <br /> <br />(h) The applicant shall utilize the church's parking lot for staff parking and <br />the drop off and pick up of students. <br /> <br />(i) The applicant shall adhere to the approved trash plan that includes the <br />continued use of a commercial waste hauler. <br /> <br />Ul The center shall submit to all required inspections by and approvals <br />obtained from the City's Fire Department Bureau, Public Health <br />Department and Building OtTIcial. This shall include an initial inspection <br />prior to the opening of the ccnter and annual inspections thereafter. <br /> <br />(k) The applicant shall comply with the Statewide Building Code. <br /> <br />(1) The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances and <br />regulations of federal. statc and local governments and shall obtain and <br />maintain allnccessar) licenses and permits. <br /> <br />(m) All Ices in connection ",ith the proposed use shall be paid when due. <br />
