That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be observed by thc applicant and any successor in interest: (a) The center shall provide services for no more than 118 children at anyone time. (b) The age of the children shall be 3 to 5 years. (c) The center shall comply with the submitted site plan and floor plan. (d) The days and hours of operation shall be Monday through Friday 6;30 a.m. to 6;00 p.m. (e) The applicant shall maintain the eight (8) foot high fencing tor the 15,000+ square foot outdoor play area. (I) The outdoor play area fencing shall bc landscaped with a combination of trees and shrubs to shield it trom view along Frederick Boulevard. The Dircctor of Planning shall approvc the tinallandscaping plan. (g) Outdoor play hours shall be betwcen 8:00 a.m. and 6;00 p,m. (h) The applicant shall utilize the church's parking lot for staff parking and the drop off and pick up of students. (i) The applicant shall adhere to the approved trash plan that includes the continued use of a commercial waste hauler. Ul The center shall submit to all required inspections by and approvals obtained from the City's Fire Department Bureau, Public Health Department and Building OtTIcial. This shall include an initial inspection prior to the opening of the ccnter and annual inspections thereafter. (k) The applicant shall comply with the Statewide Building Code. (1) The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances and regulations of federal. statc and local governments and shall obtain and maintain allnccessar) licenses and permits. (m) All Ices in connection ",ith the proposed use shall be paid when due.
