<br />R-06-58 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A DEED OF <br />RELEASE FOR A SEWER EASEMENT OVER, UNDER AND ACROSS LOT 2, BLOCK <br />H, ON THE MAP OF TRUXTON, PART 2. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Portsmouth that the City Manager be, <br />and he hereby is, authorized to execute a Deed of Release and any other documents as may be <br />required to the owner(s) of Lot 2, Block H, as shown on the Map of Truxton, Part 2, duly <br />recorded in the Clerk's Otnce of the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth in Map Book 1, at <br />page 37, releasing to such owner(s) all right, title and interest, if any, which the City of <br />Portsmouth has, or may have, in and to an easement for a sewer line as shown on the <br />aforementioned plat. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held on <br />November 14, 2006. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
