(a) That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: (b) The facility shall provide services for no more nine than children at anyone time. (I) Outdoor play hours shall be between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (g) The applicant shall maintain otf-street parking to accommodate one parking space for a staff member and one drop off/pick up space for children. (h) The drop-off and pick-up of children shall take place within the existing gravel pull off area located along Lancaster Avenue. (i) The applicant shall adhere to the approved trash plan for once weekly trash pickup, approved by the Department of General Services on August 7, 2006. U) The facility shall submit to all required inspections and approvals obtained by the City's Fire Department Bureau, Public Health Departmcnt and Building Official. This shall include an initial inspection prior to the opening of the facility and annual inspections thereafter. (k) The applicant shall comply with the Uniform Statewide Building Code. (1) The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, state and local governments and shall obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and permits. (m) All fees in connection with the proposed use shall be paid when due.
