<br />R-06-4B <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A WRITTEN AGREEMENT CONCERNING <br />PARADISE CREEK NATURE PARK. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOL VED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the City <br />Manager, acting for and on behalf of the city, is hereby authorized and direeted to execute, <br />deliver, and implement a "Written Agreement Concerning Paradise Creek Nature Park" <br />substantially the same as Exhibit A which is attached hereto. <br /> <br />This resolution shall be effeetive immediately upon its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held on <br />September 26, 2006. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
