<br />1. An allowance equal to 3% of the employee's current <br />annual pay rate upon obtaining the Assessment <br />Administrative Specialist (IAAO) designation. <br /> <br />2. An allowance equal to 5% of the employee's current <br />annual pay rate upon obtaining the Residential <br />Evaluation Specialist (IAAO/SRA) designation. <br /> <br />3. An allowance equal to 5% of the employee's current <br />annual pay rate upon obtaining the Certified Assessment <br />Evaluation (IAAO/MAI) designation. Employees who <br />have previously received the 5% allowance for the <br />Residential Evaluation Specialist designation shall <br />receive an additional increase of 5%, for a total of 10%. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. COMPLEMENTS OF FIRE AND POLICE DEPARTMENTS <br /> <br />The authorized complement of the Fire, Rescue and Emergency Services <br />Department shall be one (1) Chief, two (2) Deputy Chiefs, eight (8) Battalion <br />Chiefs, thirty-three (33) Captains, forty-five (45) Lieutenants, thirty-one (31) Fire <br />Fighter/Paramedics, and one hundred twelve (112) Fire Fighters for a total sworn <br />complement of two hundred thirty-two (232). <br /> <br />The authorized complement of the Police Department shall be one (1) Chief, two <br />(2) Assistant Chiefs, four (4) Captains, thirteen (13) Lieutenants, twenty-seven <br />(27) Sergeants, and two hundred three (203) Police Officers, for a total sworn <br />complement of two hundred fifty (250). <br /> <br />13 <br />
