<br />URD_tIO~ 2006~.8 _ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FY 2006-2007 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROGRAM AND APPROPRIATING AN ADDITIONAL $74,829 IN THE FY <br />2006-2007 CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND BUDGET FOR THE FIRST COLLEGE <br />EDUCATIONAL CAPITAL PROJECT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the FY 2006-2007 Capital Improvements Program is amended and an <br />additional $74,829 is appropriated in the FY 2006-2007 Capital Projects Fund Budget to <br />provide supplemental funding for the First College educational capital project. <br /> <br />2. That the souree of the appropriated funds is a Capital Improvements <br />Program transfer from the General Fund. <br /> <br />3. That estimated revenues In the FY 2006-2007 Capital Projects Fund <br />Budget are increased by $74,829. <br /> <br />4. That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on September 26, 2006. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
