<br />URO.IO.2006-49._. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $60,420 IN THE FY 2005-2006 GENERAL FUND <br />OPERATING BtJDGET FROM "FOUR FOR LIFE" FUNDS RECEIVED FROM THE <br />C01\nIONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA OFFICE OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES TO <br />BE USED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF FIRE, RESCUE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES FOR <br />TRAINING AND THE PURCHASE OF AMBULANCE AND MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND <br />EQtiIPMENT. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That the sum of $60,420 in "Four for Life" funds received from the Commonwealth of <br />Virginia be appropriated in the FY 2005-2006 General Fund Operating Budget for use by the <br />Department of Fire, Rescue and Emergency Services for training and the purchase of ambulance and <br />medical supplies and equipment. <br /> <br />2. <br />$60,420. <br /> <br />That thc City's estimated revenue in the FY 2005-2006 General Fund be increased by <br /> <br />3.
