<br />URDIHANCE ;m~.Q.Q.2.:::1&._ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $250 IN FUNDS RECEIVED FROM THE <br />LIBRARY OF VIRGINIA IN THE FY 2005-2006 GENERAL FUND OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR GOVERNOR TIMOTHY KAINE'S SMART BEGINNINGS <br />!.lUTZ. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the Library of Virginia has awarded the sum of $250 to the <br />Portsmouth Public Library. <br /> <br />2. That City of Portsmouth hereby appropriatcs the same amount in the FY <br />2005-2006 General Fund Operating Budget to be used by the Portsmouth Public Library <br />J(1I' GOVCrl1l)r Timothy Kaine's Smart Beginnings Blitz. <br /> <br />3. That the City's estimated revenues in the FY 2005-2006 General Fund <br />Operating Budget be increased by $250. <br /> <br />4.
