Virginia: <br /> <br />I. That, pursuant to Section 15.2-2507 of the Code of Virginia (1950), as <br />amcnded. a public hcaring was duly advcrtised and held on June 13,2006 on a proposed <br />amendmcnt to increase the City's FY 2005-2006 Comprehensive Services Act Fund <br />Operating Budget. <br /> <br />2. That the FY 2005-2006 Comprehensive Services Act Fund Operating <br />Budget bc amcnded by appropriating an additional $1.483,591 therein to be used for <br />thcrapeutic foster care and various other program costs. <br /> <br />3. That the funding sources of said appropriation are state reimbursement <br />rc\enucs ($994.076) and a local match transfer from the FY2005-2006 General Fund <br />($..g9.515). <br /> <br />4. That estimatcd revenues in the FY 2005-2006 Comprehensive Services <br />Act Fund Operating Budget be increased by $1.483,591. <br /> <br />5 That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />Oil Junc 13,2006. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
