<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />HALE COURT <br /> <br />All that portion of Hale Court from its intersection with the northern right of way line of <br />Greenwood Drive in a northerly direction to its terminus in a cui de sac, 296', more or less. <br /> <br />KIRBY STREET <br /> <br />All that portion of Kirby Street from its intersection with the eastern right of way line of <br />Independence Street in an easterly direction to the western boundary of that property shown as <br />South Highlands on the aforementioned exhibit, a distance of 192', more or less. <br /> <br />INDEPENDENCE STREET <br /> <br />All that portion ofIndependence Street from its intersection with the southern right of <br />way line of Greenwood Drive in a southerly direction to its terminus in two cui de sacs, 949', <br />more or less. <br /> <br />McLEAN STREET <br /> <br />All that portion of McLean Street from its southern intersection with DeKalb Avenue in a <br />southerly direction, 1,153', more or less to a point of reverse curvature as shown on the <br />aforementioned exhibit. <br /> <br />NATHAN COURT <br /> <br />All that portion of Nathan Court from its intersection with the northern right of way line <br />of Greenwood Drive in a northerly direction to its terminus in a cui de sac, a distance of 296', <br />more or less. <br /> <br />SHADY LANE <br /> <br />All that portion of Shady Lane from its intersection with the eastern right of way line of <br />Barclay Avenue in an easterly direction to its terminus in a cui de sac, 1,259', more or less. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the City of Portsmouth hereby reserves an <br />easement in all the streets hereby closed and vacated for the installation, operation, maintenance <br />and replacement of public utilities, including gas lines, telephone communication lines, electrical <br />lines and all other utility lines as may be required, which said easement is hereby made subject to <br />the condition that no person or entity that shall become the owner in fee simple of any portion of <br />the street hereby closed and vacated shall make any use of the property which would interfere <br />with the easement rights reserved herein. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that the City Manager may release and vacate the <br />easements hereby reserved as he in his discretion deems appropriate and in the best interest of <br />the City of Portsmouth. <br />
