<br />.. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />'iHniMA~I"E liD <br />UdJUl ;if""" n .~~~Q~~~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO REPROGRAM $3,343,000 WITHIN THE 2005-2006 <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR VARIOUS CAPITAL PROJECTS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br />1. That the reprogramming of funds totaling $3,343,000 within the 2005- <br />2006 Capital Improvement Fund for the new Churchland Library construction project, <br />neighborhood transportation infrastructure required by the Maersk project, and the <br />Hodges Ferry fire station renovation project is hereby authorized pursuant to the <br />requirements of Section 12-5 of the City Code. <br /> <br />2. That funds within the FY 2005-2006 Capital Improvement Fund and <br />identified on the attached Schedule have been determined as appropriate for <br />reprogramming to meet the FY 2006 needs of the above referenced capital projects; and <br /> <br />3. That reprogramming of the funds in the manner described above is in the <br />best interest of the City; and <br /> <br />4.
