uRO,. .005l-85 _ . ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-05-12 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Downtown D-2-C (Commercial) and Downtown D-2-I (Industrial), the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-05-12, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Downtown D-2-R (Residential), and that said property is hereby zoned as Downtown D-2-R (Residential). 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from Downtown D-2-C (Commercial) and Downtown D-2-I (Industrial) to Downtown D-2-R (Residential) is furthermore described as follows: Z-05-12 . Parcel A Beginning at a point in the southern line of King Street, said point being 60 feet, more or less, east of the eastern line of Twine Avenue, and proceeding eastwardly to the western line of Godwin Street, thence proceeding in a southernly direction along the western line of Godwin Street to the northern line of County Street, thence proceeding in a westerly direction along the northern line of County Street to a point in the eastern line of Twine A venue, thence along said line to a point approximately 57 feet, more or less, north of the northeastern corner of County Street and Twine Avenue, thence in a northeasternly direction along the rear line of a parcel 68.78 feet, more or less to a point where the western line of lot 169 intersects said line, thence northwardly 141.80 feet, more or less to the point of beginning. . Parcel B Beginning at a point, said point being the northeast intersection of Godwin Street and County Street, thence proceeding in a northwardly direction 226 feet, more or less, to a point, thence proceeding along the northern line of the parcel known as map 79 parcel 72 and its eastwardly prolongation to the western line of Armstrong Street,
