That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be observed by the applicants and any successor in interest: (a) The applicant shall care for no more than thirty children at any given time. (b) The ages of the children in full day daycare shall be limited to six months to four years, and the ages of children in the before and after school care program shall be limited to those between the ages of five and twelve. (c) The hours of operation shall be limited to 6AM-6PM, Monday- Friday. (d) Outside playtime shall be limited to 8AM-6PM. (e) Children two and a half years of age and younger shall be cared for in a room that has an exit directly to the exterior of the building. The issuance of the use permit will be contingent on the applicant receiving a certificate of Occupancy from the Building Official. (f) The applicant shall provide a controlled walkway for the children to get from the church building to the outdoor play area. The walkway proposal will be approved during the site plan process. (g) The applicant shall submit a new site plan that adheres to the conditions of the use permit for approval by the Director of Engineering. (h) The applicant shall use the proposed fenced in area on the south side of the property as a play yard for the daycare. This area shall be at least 3,770 square feet and be surrounded by a six-foot tall fence. (i) Landscaping shall be planted on the southern and eastern ends of the property adjacent to the play area to buffer the childcare facility from the adjacent residential uses. (j) Six on site parking spaces shall be allocated specifically for childcare drop off and pickup.
