<br />R-05-76 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A MANAGEMENT CONTRACT WITH <br />INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT GROUP FOR OPERATION OF THE HARBOR <br />CENTER OUTDOOR PERFORMING ARTS CENTER. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the City <br />Manager, acting for and on behalf of the City, is authorized and directed to execute, deliver, and <br />implement a five-year management contract with Integrated Management Group for operation of <br />the Harbor Center Outdoor Performing Arts Center, <br /> <br />The agreement shall be substantially the same as the attached management agreement, <br />and it shall be approved as to form and legality by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />The City Manager is further directed to designate an official to have primary <br />responsibility for contract oversight, and an official to have primary responsibility for the <br />physical condition and maintenance of the facility, <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held on <br />December 13, 2005, <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />
