(f) The 4,200 square foot play area shall be maintained and shall be enclosed with fencing that is at least four (4) feet in height. (g) The outdoor play area shall be graded and level on all parts with no area having a slope greater than one foot of rise for twelve feet of run. (h) The applicant shall provide a child-friendly surface for the play area (i,e. rubberized mulch), (i) The applicant shall provide a minimum of four (4) off-street parking spaces for drop off and pick up, These spaces shall be located at the rear of The New St. Mark Church of God In Christ property fronting 609 and 615 Washington Street. If the parking agreement is terminated, the applicant shall immediately notify the City. The applicant shall provide comparable off-street parking and shall notify the City within thirty (30) days of its new parking arrangements. .
