<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />R-05-07 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A <br />DEED TO CONVEY A CLOSED AND V ACA TED PORTION OF GW AL TNEY <br />COURT TO RUSSELL J. OLIVEIRA. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth that the City <br />Manager be, and he hereby is authorized to convey by deed without warranty to Russell <br />J. Oliveira that portion of Gwaltney Court closed and vacated by Council by Ordinance <br />adopted on September 14, 2004, which said property is described as: <br /> <br />All that certain piece of parcel ofland, situate in the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, and being that portion of Gwaltney Court lying between property now or <br />formerly owned by Russell J. Oliveira and that proposed right of way line as shown on <br />that certain exhibit entitled: "EXHIBIT SHOWING PORTION OF GW AL TNEY <br />COURT TO BE CLOSED AND V ACA TED, PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA", dated June <br />22, 2004, a copy of said exhibit being attached hereto and made a part hereof, and to <br />which reference may be made for a more particular description. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held on <br />March 22,2005. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
