The use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be <br />observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Hours of operation shall be limited to Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. <br />to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />The proposed landscaping shall be planted and maintained as indicated on <br />the submitted site/landscaping plan. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />The proposed connecting driveway between 3512 and 3522 Airline <br />Boulevard shall be widened to 24 feet. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />The applicant shall maintain seven (7) parking spaces for customers at <br />3512 Airline Boulevard. The applicant shall maintain eight parking <br />spaces for employees at the rear of 3522 Airline Boulevard. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />The project shall comply with the trash-handling plan approved by the <br />Department of General Services on March 22, 2004, which allows for the <br />continued use of a dumpster serviced by a private company. <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />All taxes and fees associated with the property and the operation shall be <br />paid when due. <br /> <br />(g) <br /> <br />The facility shall comply with the Statewide Building Code and all other <br />applicable codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, state, and local <br />governments. All required licenses and permits shall be obtained and <br />maintained in effect. <br /> <br /> <br />
