The use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: (a) The occupancy of the child care center shall not exceed 72 children at any one time. (b) The age range of the children shall be from newborn to four years of age. (c) Indoor hours of operation shall be limited to the hours between 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. (d) Outdoor play hours shall be limited to the hours between 8:00 a.m and dusk, Monday through Friday. (e) The outdoor play area shall be enclosed with fencing at least four feet in height. (f) A minimum of fourteen off-street parking spaces for the child care center shall be provided. (g) No on-street parking for drop off/pick up of children assocmted with the child care center shall be permitted. (h) The facility shall be developed and operated in accordance with the submitted floor and site plan. (i) The facility shall be operated in accordance with the plan approved by the Director of General Services to store, handle and remove trash/garbage on-site. (j) The facility shall be open to all required inspections b.v the City's Fire Prevention Bureau, Public Health Department and Building Official. This shall include an initial inspection prior to the opening of the business and annual inspections thereafter. (k) The facility shall comply with the Statewide Building Code and all other applicable codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, state, and local governments. All required licenses and permits shall be obtained and maintained in effect.
