R-0~-58 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO CONVEY FIVE <br />PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF RIVERVIEW <br />AVENUE TO THE PORTSMOUTH REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING <br />AUTHORITY. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the <br />City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to execute such deeds or other documents <br />and to take such additional actions as may be necessary to convey to the Portsmouth <br />Redevelopment and Housing Authority, five parcels of land located on the west side of <br />Riverview Avenue, designated as Lots 121,122,123,124 and 125, as shown on that <br />certain plat entitled Portsmouth Land Improvement Company, which said plat is duly <br />recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia in <br />Map Book 1 at page 1. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting held <br />on December 14, 2004. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
