That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be <br />observed by the applicants and any successor in interest: <br /> <br /> (a) The facility shall provide services for no more that 60 children at any one <br /> time. <br /> <br /> (b) The center shall be developed in accordance with the approved site plan <br /> and floor plan. <br /> <br /> (c) The ages of the children shall be from newborn to 12 years. <br /> <br /> (d) The days and hours of operation shall be Monday through Friday from <br /> 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday form 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> (e) The facility shall use the grassed area adjacent to the facility for the <br /> required outdoor play area. <br /> <br /> (f) The 2,500 square foot outdoor play area shall be enclosed with an eight- <br /> foot high wooden stockade fence. No more than 27 children shall be <br /> permitted to use the play area at any one time. <br /> <br /> (g) Outdoor play hours shall be between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> (h) The applicant shall construct on the lot immediately adjacent to the center, <br /> a "horseshoe" driveway that will accommodate six vehicles. The pick-up/ <br /> drop-off of children shall only be from the driveway. <br /> <br /> (i) The applicant shall comply with the trash collection plan approved by the <br /> Department of General Services on November 25, 2003. <br /> <br /> (j) The site shall comply with the 10% tree canopy requirement. <br /> <br /> (k) The enter shall submit to all required inspections by the City's Fire <br /> Prevention Bureau, Public Health Department, and Building Official, <br /> <br /> <br />
