That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be observed by the applicants and any successor in interest: (a) The facility shall provide services for no more that 60 children at any one time. (b) The center shall be developed in accordance with the approved site plan and floor plan. (c) The ages of the children shall be from newborn to 12 years. (d) The days and hours of operation shall be Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday form 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (e) The facility shall use the grassed area adjacent to the facility for the required outdoor play area. (f) The 2,500 square foot outdoor play area shall be enclosed with an eight- foot high wooden stockade fence. No more than 27 children shall be permitted to use the play area at any one time. (g) Outdoor play hours shall be between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (h) The applicant shall construct on the lot immediately adjacent to the center, a "horseshoe" driveway that will accommodate six vehicles. The pick-up/ drop-off of children shall only be from the driveway. (i) The applicant shall comply with the trash collection plan approved by the Department of General Services on November 25, 2003. (j) The site shall comply with the 10% tree canopy requirement.
