The area <br /> of the dedication is approximately 1.5 acres. <br /> <br /> (d) Construction of the clubhouse and swimming pool, as shown on the <br /> Conceptual Site Plan--Phase 1, shall commence prior to the issuance of <br /> more than 25% of the building permits for Phase 1. <br /> <br /> (e) The owner and any successor ~n interest shall adhere to Recommendation <br /> Items 4, 5, and 7 set out on page 31 of the Traffic Impact Assessment for <br /> <br /> <br />
