ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-03-02 BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virgunia: 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the Citv of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Commercial C-1-K (ConditionalS. the property described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-03-02, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property zoned as Industrial M-1-K (Conditional), and that said property is hereby zoned as Industrial M~ 1 -K (Conditionals. 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from Commercial C-1-K ~Conditional to Industrial M-I-K (Conditional) is furthermore described as follows: Z-03-02 Beginning on the north side of Frederick Boulevard where it intersects with the east right-of-way of Interstate 264; thence, in a northerly and easterly direction along said Interstate right-of-way approximately 1000' to the west right-of-way of the Norfolk and Portsmouth Belt Line Railroad; thence, southerly along said dght-of-~vay approximately 840' to a point; thence, westerly 75'; thence southerly approximately 180' to the north right-of-way of Frederick Boulevard; thence westerly along said right-of- way approximately 500' to the right-of-way line of Interstate 264, the point of beginning. 3.
