ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-02-15 <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth. Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Planned Office Park POP and <br />Industrial M-1-K (Conditional), the property described in Petition for Zoning <br />Amendment Number Z-02-15, is hereby amended and changed so as to show said <br />property zoned as Residential RS-125-K (Conditiunal), Residential RM-75-K <br />(Conditional), and Commercial C-2-K (Conditional). and that said property is hereby <br />zoned as Residential RS-125-K (Conditional), Residential RM-75-K (Conditional), and <br />Commercial C-2-K (Conditional). <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being rezoned to <br />Residential RS-125-K (Conditional) is shown as Parcel A on Exhibit A, entitled River <br />Pointe Village Zoning Exhibit, attached hereto and made a pan hereof. <br /> <br /> 3. That the property affected by this ordinance by being rezoned to <br />Residential RM-75-K (Conditionall is shown as Parcel B on said Exlfthit A. <br /> <br /> 4. That the property affected by this ordinance by being rezoned to <br />Commercial C-2--K (Conditionall is shown as Parcel C on said Exhibit A. <br /> <br /> 5. That Parcels A, B, and C shall be subject to the following conditions as <br />proffered by the applicant for rezoning: <br /> <br /> Consistent landscaping. <br /> Significant landscaping, such as sod and aeration, around lakes especially the two <br /> paralleling River Pointe Parkway. <br /> Extensive screening/buffer of heavy landscaping between shopping center and villas <br /> to include a mix of trees and shrubs, and a fence. <br /> Consistent or complimentary architectural design. <br /> Consistent or complimentary building materials. <br /> Consistent ornamental or decorative fencing of black, wrought iron or black <br /> aluminum with brick or stone columns. <br /> Gatehouse architecture and building materials to match design guidelines of single <br /> family homes. <br /> Underground utilities. <br /> <br /> 6. That Parcel A shall be subject to the following conditions as proffered by <br />the applicant: <br /> <br /> <br />
