That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be <br />observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: <br /> <br /> (a) Occupancy of the childcare center shall be limited to no more than sixty- <br /> seven (67) children at any one time. <br /> <br /> (b) Indoor hours of operation shall be limited to 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> (c) Outdoor play hours shall be limited to the hours between 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 <br /> p.m. <br /> <br /> (d) A one-acre outdoor play area enclosed by a seven-foot high fence shall be <br /> maintained. <br /> <br /> (e) A minimum of nine (9) off-street parking spaces shall be provided for the <br /> childcare center. <br /> <br /> (f) The center shall constructed and operated in accordance with the <br /> submitted site plan and floor plan. <br /> <br /> (g) The center shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the <br /> submitted landscaping plan entitled 'Plan of Proposed Play Area'. dated <br /> October 21, 2002. <br /> <br /> (h) Disposal of trash generated by the center shall be in accordance with the <br /> approved plan for the storage, handling and removal of trash on the site, <br /> approved by the Director of General Services on October 17, 2002. <br /> <br /> (i) The operators of the center shall maintain an easement for the City's <br /> existing 10" force main on the property. <br /> <br /> (j) The center shall submit to all required inspections by the City's Fire <br /> Department Bureau. Public Health Department and Building Official. <br /> This shall include an initial inspection prior to the opening of the business <br /> and annual inspections thereafter. <br /> <br /> (k) The center shall be operated in compliance with all applicable codes, <br /> ordinances and regulations of federal, state and local governments, and all <br /> required licenses and permits shall be obtained and maintained in effect. <br /> <br /> <br />
