That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: (a) Occupancy of the childcare center shall be limited to no more than sixty- seven (67) children at any one time. (b) Indoor hours of operation shall be limited to 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (c) Outdoor play hours shall be limited to the hours between 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (d) A one-acre outdoor play area enclosed by a seven-foot high fence shall be maintained. (e) A minimum of nine (9) off-street parking spaces shall be provided for the childcare center. (f) The center shall constructed and operated in accordance with the submitted site plan and floor plan. (g) The center shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the submitted landscaping plan entitled 'Plan of Proposed Play Area'. dated October 21, 2002. (h) Disposal of trash generated by the center shall be in accordance with the approved plan for the storage, handling and removal of trash on the site, approved by the Director of General Services on October 17, 2002. (i) The operators of the center shall maintain an easement for the City's existing 10" force main on the property. (j) The center shall submit to all required inspections by the City's Fire Department Bureau. Public Health Department and Building Official. This shall include an initial inspection prior to the opening of the business and annual inspections thereafter. (k) The center shall be operated in compliance with all applicable codes, ordinances and regulations of federal, state and local governments, and all required licenses and permits shall be obtained and maintained in effect.
