That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which <br />shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />(g) <br /> <br />(h) <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />The workfome hours of operation shall be 24 hours a day, Monday <br />through Friday, and 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday to accommodate <br />future growth. <br /> <br />Track traffic entering and exiting the facility shall be restricted to the <br />hours 7:00 a.m. To 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. <br /> <br />The applicant shall comply with the trash/garbage plan approved by <br />General Services. <br /> <br />No freight containers shall be stacked on property for storage purposes. <br /> <br />Individual containers may not remain on site for more than five <br />consecutive days. <br /> <br />Site must be screened with a Landscaping Group 1 screen. <br /> <br />The applicant shall provide a minimum of 18 off-street parking spaces. <br /> <br />All taxes and fees owed or collected in connection with the subject <br />property and operation shall be paid when due. <br /> <br />The applicant and any successor in ~merest shall comply with all <br />applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, state and local <br />governments and shall obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and <br />permits. <br /> <br /> <br />
