UP-02-25 Beginning at a point approximately 132' from the northeast comer of the intersection of High Street and Peninsula Avenue; thence in a northerly direction approximately 230' to a point; thence in a easterly direction approximately 240' to a point; thence in a southerly direction approximately 230' to a point; thence in a westerly direction approximately 240' to the point of beginning. 3. That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: (a) Occupancy of the childcare center shall not exceed 149 children at any one time. (b) The age range of the children shall be from infants to twelve (12) years of age. (c) Indoor hours of operation shall be limited to the hours between 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. (d) Outdoor play hours shall be limited to the hours between 8:00 a.m and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. (e) A maximum of 45 children shall occupy the outdoor play area at any one time. (f) The outdoor play area shall be enclosed with privacy fencing that is. at least, four (4) feet in height. (g) A minimum of 28 off-street parking spaces shall be provided and maintained for the child care center. (h) No on-street parking for drop offf pick up of children shall be permitted. (i) The center shall be operated in compliance with the submitted floor plan and a City-approved site plan showing all landscaping, parking, and outdoor play area prior to occupancy. (j) Trash disposal shall be in accordance with an approved plan to store, handle and remove trash garbage on-sire.
