That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: (a) The use of the property shall be limited to a motor vehicle recycling facility and repair shop. (b) The facility shall be completely fenced with a minimum of an eight-foot high opaque fence and shall be gated. The property shall be locked when not in operation. (g) All miscellaneous scrap and trash shall be removed from vehicles and disposed of before being offered for salvage. (h) Any tires removed from vehicles shall be stored under weather-protected conditions or re-installed on the vehicle within a week. Unusable tires shall be disposed of in accordance with state and federal regulations. Tires shall not be stored on site for more than eight weeks. (i) No vehicle shall be parked or stored outside of the fenced area of the site. (j) All parts shall be stored on shelves, racks or pallets. (k) No individual vehicle shall remain on site for more than ninety days.
