2002-17 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $1,679,805 IN TglE COMPREHENSIVE <br />SERVICES ACT FUND FOR FY 2002 EXPENDITURES TO ASSIST AT-RISK <br />YOUTH AND THEIR FAMILIES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth. Virginia! <br /> <br /> I. That the sum of $1,679,805 be, and the same hereby ts, appropriated in the <br />Comprehensive Services Act Fund to be funded from an appropfiaton in State funds of <br />$1,229,141 and from an increased General Fund transfer of $450,6t4 to assist at-risk <br />youth and their families. <br /> <br />2.
