(e) The mimmum square footage of the apartments shall be 675 square feet. <br /> <br /> (f) A minimum of 86 on-site and 26 shared parking spaces shall be provided. <br /> <br /> ( g) The applicant shall provide a plan for storage, handling, and removal of <br /> trash and garbage to the Director of General Services for approval prior to <br /> occupancy of the building. <br /> <br /> (h) The applicant and any successor in interest shall comply with all <br /> applicable statutes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, state and local <br /> government and shall obtain and maintain in effect all required permits. <br /> <br /> (i) All taxes in connection with the property and the operation shall be paid <br /> when due. <br /> <br /> (j) The Downtown Design Committee must issue a Certificate of Compliance <br /> approving all proposed exterior materials, landscaping, elevations, <br /> parking, etc. <br /> <br /> 3. EXPIRATION OF PERMIT: Unless extended as provided under Section <br />40-115 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia (1988), the group housing use <br />permit shall expire for any portion of the approved project for which building permits <br />have not been issued if the applicant fails to apply for all building permits for the entire <br />project within one year of the adoption of this resolution. <br /> <br /> 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may <br />serve as grounds for revocation of the permit by the City Council. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on March 26, 2002. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
