That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be <br />observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: <br /> <br /> (a) The occupancy of the adult day care center shall be limited to thirty-five (35) <br /> clients. <br /> <br /> (b) Days and hours of operation shall be limited to Monday through Friday from 6:00 <br /> a.m. to 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> (c) The applicant shall maintain a minimum of seven off-street parking spaces for the <br /> adult daycare center. <br /> <br /> (d) Drop-off and pickup of clients shall take place along Green Street and King <br /> Street. <br /> <br /> (e) The center shall comply with the submitted floor plan. <br /> <br /> (f) The applicant shall provide an approved plan to store, handle, and remove <br /> trash/garbage on-site. <br /> <br /> (g) The Downtown Design Committee must approve all signage and exterior <br /> renovations prior to the start of work. <br /> <br /> (h) The center shall submit to all required inspections by the City's Fire Department <br /> Bureau, Public Health Department and Building Official. Inspections shall <br /> include an initial inspection prior to the opening of the business and annual <br /> inspections thereafter. <br /> <br /> (i) The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances and regulations <br /> of federal, state and local governments and shall obtain and maintain all necessary <br /> licenses and permits. <br /> <br /> 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may <br />serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at meeting held on <br />January 8, 2002. <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
