That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be <br />observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: <br /> <br /> (a) The hours of operation shall be limited to between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 <br /> p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. <br /> <br /> (b) A minimum of six parking spaces shall be provided for the business. <br /> <br /> (c) Trash disposal for the facility shall be handled and disposed of in <br /> accordance with the trash and refuse plan approved by the City <br /> Department of General Services. Any change to the approved plan must <br /> be submitted to the Director of General Services or his designee and <br /> approved prior to implementation of the change. <br /> <br /> (d) No animals shall be permitted to remain on the premises overnight. <br /> <br /> (e) The applicant and any successor in interest shall comply with all <br /> applicable local, state and federal regulations including required <br /> inspections, and all required permits and licenses and licenses shall be <br /> obtained and maintained in effect. <br /> <br /> (f) All taxes and fees in connection with the subject property and operation <br /> shall be paid when due. <br /> <br /> 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may <br />serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at meeting held on <br />October 29, 2002. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
