(j) The applicant shall prepare a parking lot plan that includes ten parking <br /> spaces, required landscaping and provides convenient traffic movement. <br /> (k) The parking lot shall be improved to City standards. <br /> The applicant shall provide for trash/garbage removal from the site in <br /> accordance with the memorandum issued by the Director of General <br /> Services. dated July 30, 2002. <br /> (l) The center shall submit to all required inspections by the City's Fire <br /> Department Bureau, Public Health Department and Building Official. <br /> This shall include an initial inspection prior to the opening of the business <br /> and annual inspections thereafter. <br /> (m) The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances and <br /> regulations of federal, state and local governments and shall obtain and <br /> maintain all necessary licenses and permits. <br /> (n) Taxes and fees associated with the property shall be paid when due. <br /> <br /> 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may <br />serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at meeting held on <br />September 24, 2002. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
