UP-02-16 Beginning at the southeast corner of Deep Creek Boulevard and Portsmouth Boulevard: thence in an easterly direction approximately 380' to a point; thence in a northerly direction approximately 100' to a point; thence in a easterly direction approximately 25' to a point thence in a northerly direction approximately 109' to a point; thence in a southeasterly direction approximately 432' to a point; thence in a southerly direction approximately 40' to the point of the beginning. 3. That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be observed by the applicant and any successor in interest: (a) A site plan shall be submitted and must be approved by the Director of Planning and Inspections prior to occupancy. (b) The Commission of Architectural Review must approve any exterior changes to the building prior to installation or construction of the changes. (c) Trash disposal for the facility shall be in accordance with a trash and refuse plan approved by the City Department of General Services prior to commencement of operations. Any change to the approved plan must be submitted to the Director of General Services or his designee and approved prior to implementation of the change. (d) The facility shall comply with all applicable local, state and federal regulations including required inspections, and all required permits and licenses and licenses shall be obtained and maintained in effect.. (e) The facility's hours of operation shall be 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council.
