NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that it hereby urges the Eastern Virginia Health Systems Agency and the Virginia <br />Department of Health to approve the Certificate of Public Need applications filed by the Bon <br />Secours Maryview Medical CenTer to add a second cardiac catheterization laboratory and to <br />establish Open Heart Services. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed to forward <br />copies of this resolution to the members of the Board of Directors of the Eastern Virginia <br />Health Systems Agency. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held on <br />August 27, 2002. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
