That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be <br /> observed by the applicants and any successor in interest: <br /> <br />(a) Occupancy of the facility shall be limited to four children under the age of 2 1/2 <br /> years and 18 children aged 2 I/2 years and older. <br /> <br />(b) The hours of operation shall be from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday <br /> through Friday. <br /> <br />(c) Outdoor hours of operation shall be limited to between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 <br /> p.m. <br /> <br />(d) Drop-off and pick-up of children shall be from the rear of the facility. <br /> <br />(e) A plan for storage and removal of refuse must be approved by the <br /> Department of General Services prior to commencement of operations. <br /> <br />(f) The facility shall comply with all applicable local, state and federal <br /> regulations including the conduct of required inspections and the <br /> maintenance of necessary licenses. <br /> <br />(g) A site plan approved by the Director of Planning shall be implemented <br /> pnor to occupancy. <br /> <br /> 4.
