That the use permit is approved subject to the following conditions which shall be <br />observed by the applicant and any successor in imeresu <br /> <br /> (a) A site plan showing parking, circulation, landscaping, and location for <br /> garbage storage and collection shall be submitted and approved by the <br /> Director of Planning and Inspections prior to applying for or obtaining <br /> building permits. <br /> <br /> (b) The exterior facade of the building shall be of brick or other material(s) <br /> approved by the Director of Planning and Inspections. <br /> <br /> (c) The applicant and any successor in interest shall comply with all <br /> applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations of federal, state and local <br /> governments and shall obtain and maintain in effect all required licenses <br /> and permits. <br /> <br /> (d) All taxes in connection with the subject property and proposed use must <br /> be paid when due. <br /> <br /> 4.
